 You can talk to a support representative by calling our technical support hotlines or by using our 'Report a problem ' web form, to file a technical support problem. While calling our technical support personnel, please keep the following information on hand: 

Your name, Company name, Telephone number (including extension) and SolidWorks Serial Number.
